Twin Cities housing inventory is low. How long with it last?
MINNEAPOLIS – The “historically low” housing inventory in the Twin Cities market will likely stick around for the rest of this year or longer, according to real estate experts.
“By historical standards, we’re looking at is this going to be the new normal? Or are we going to gradually get back up there? And that remains to be seen,” said Herb Tousley, Director of the Real Estate Program at the University of St. Thomas.
